I'm Jordan Frisay Himawan, studying at Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya where I shape my future.

Before I find my passion in UI Design and programming, I was just a normal kid who love to play video games a lot. I got my very first console when I was in kindergarten. It was PlayStation 1 where i played Super Mario Bros which was my favorite game at that time.

It all began when i was in junior high school, I was curious about how video games are actually made. I did a little research then I found a term 'programming'. I simply tried to make my first simple program afterwards where I wrote it using Python language.

I decided to continue my study at vocational high school majoring in software engineering. My main reasons were because it turned out that I loved programming, also I think being a software engineer is cool. And also the pay range are quite good in this career field hehe 💵💰

I felt bored when studying at home (it was covid times) and decided to explore about UI Design. It turned out I love doing this so much. I got my first job in this field and also won several competitions where my role was as UI Designer.

With my experiences and achievements, I chose Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya to pursue my applied bachelor degree majoring in informatics engineering. I feel more motivated because the people here who have the same passion and vision in this field.
